Their journey continues through into the ‘Entertainment’ world with its main focal point on the back wall. The racetrack carries on into the ‘Home’ world,finally leading them back to the front of the store, into the Impulse area and to the cash desk. X Service is at the heart of the store, it provides services for customer finance,online browsing area, delivery & installation and cash facing with permanently staffed counters. Each world contains inspiration and value points to encourage the customer to make impulse purchases and increase the size of their baskets.
